BETADINE® MICROBICIDES

BETADINE® Solution Veterinary is an aqueous solution of 5% povidone-iodine developed as a topical microbicide for use as an anti-infective agent in procedures at animal hospitals and veterinary clinics, including postoperative application to incisions. It is indicated for preparation of skin prior to surgery and for degerming skin, wounds, and mucous membranes in various infection control procedures.

BETADINE® Surgical Scrub Veterinary is a microbicidal, sudsing cleanser which provides 7.5% povidone-iodine for hand hygiene prior to veterinary care and for topical degerming of the animal’s skin. For preoperative and postoperative scrubbing by the veterinarian and hospital or clinic personnel, Betadine® Surgical Scrub Veterinary yields a rich golden lather.
